What the FAQ?
Will my order arrive ready to hang on my wall?
All orders arrive ready to hang with all hanging accessories included, unless you have chosen a loose paper or canvas print. Loose paper or canvas prints will be shipped rolled in a tube.
When am I gonna get it???
We will get to work on your masterpiece as soon as the order is placed. Due to the Coronavirus, we are a bit short-handed as many of our employees are home with their children. We are currently shipping orders in 7-10 business days. We can't express how much we appreciate your patience and understanding during these unprecedented times. Once your order is boxed and ready to leave us, we will send you an email with your tracking information.

Will my art print look the same as the image on your website?
YES! Our team of graphic artists are experts in editing our art prints. Please note that there is the possibility of slight color variations in the art print you receive and the image you see on our website, due to the fact that each computer monitor may have different color settings. The material selected for printing can also alter the color slightly.
Did you measure it?
Our measurements are on point. Please be aware that certain aspect ratios may require a .5 inch margin for error. This is rare but it can happen. If you are unhappy with the overall dimensions of your artwork, please send a detailed email and photos to [email protected]
Can I hang it in my sauna?
We do not recommend hanging your artwork in a damp or humid area. Canvas will stretch and shrink when exposed to these conditions. If you need artwork for your bathroom or sauna, we recommend an acrylic or metal print.
I want something that is not shown on your website?
In the event there is a particular work of art that you are interested in, but do not see it displayed on our website, please contact us and in most cases our graphic design wizards will be able to accommodate your special request. Please note that due to copyright restrictions, we are unable to reproduce any image still protected by copyrights. We recommend contacting us with the title of the artwork and artist name, so our Copyright Legal Department can make a determination whether there are any copyright infringement issues.
I took an awesome pic! Can you print it for me?
Yes! Our sorcerers of graphic design can turn your photo into the print of your dreams. Please visit the CREATE YOUR OWN page for more details and pricing.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as you place your order.
I am a nervous online shopper! Is your website secure?

What the heck? Where is my order?
We do our best to ship all orders within 48hrs. If it seems like your order is taking longer than usual or you would just like an update please send an email to [email protected] Please include your Invoice #.
Can I pay with loose rubies?
Sorry no. We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. For your convenience we also accept PayPal.
Wahhhh!!!!!!! My order arrived damaged!!!
Please don’t freak out. This stinks and we know it. Please send an email with photos of the damage to [email protected] . We will reply with your replacement options ASAP!
I want to return my order.
In the unlikely event you want to return/exchange your order, we are happy to accept return or exchange requests within the first 90 days of purchase. All returns or exchanges must be sent to us prepaid, utilizing the original packaging to ensure it arrives to our facility damage-free. Since we offer free shipping to you we cannot cover return shipment costs. Please email your return tracking # to [email protected] .
When will my refund be processed?
Your refund will be processed upon receipt of your return. Please allow 3-5 business day for your refund to post to your account.
I don’t want it anymore. Can I cancel my order?
Well that makes us sad :( We can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped yet. We cannot cancel orders that have already shipped.
I’m an Artist. How do I get on your website?

Your print isn’t just sitting around a dusty warehouse. We create each print to order and the train doesn’t stop there. Your chosen print will be printed, framed, and loved by our staff of art lovers.
I want a lot of prints! How can they be made to order?
All of our prints are made to order, but that doesn’t mean we can’t handle a large quantity. We are fully staffed and equipped to handle orders of any size. Please send us an email at [email protected] if you have specific order questions.
I’m holiday shopping.. Can i send art to different addresses?
Sorry dude. Only one shipping address per order.
